Credit/Debit Card via PayPal

Even without a PayPal balance, you can pay directly using your linked card through PayPal’s secure checkout.

How It Works

When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to confirm your payment.
Once approved, you'll return to the InnoAddi website with your order confirmed.

FAQ

1. Are there any extra fees when I buy from InnoAddi?

In most cases, no. However:

  • If you use an international bank card, the final charge may vary due to exchange rates.

  • Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.

2. What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your order fails to process, simply try placing the order again. We cannot reinstate an order that was declined.

Before retrying, please double-check:

  • Phone number and email address

  • Card expiration date and security code

  • Billing address

If issues persist, try another card or another payment method such as PayPal or Apple Pay/Google Pay.


3. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely.
InnoAddi uses encrypted, PCI-compliant payment technology. We do not store or share your credit card details with any third parties beyond the payment processors.
