Design Features and Use Scenarios
- 2.5D Creative Effect: This unique 2.5D framed model adds a subtle depth effect, making the airplane appear as if it’s coming out of the drawing. It’s a standout piece that brings more visual interest than a traditional flat blueprint.
- Perspective effect: The combination of a wooden frame and a 3D-printed PLA shell presents a three-dimensional airplane body. Rather than simply restoring the outer appearance, this model reveals the internal structure, better reflecting the blueprint aesthetic.
- Size: With a frame size of 585 × 283 mm, this piece delivers a strong visual presence while revealing more internal details. The size is perfect for display and also works beautifully as a wall-mounted picture frame.
- Details: The model includes interactive features such as rotatable propellers and movable ailerons, offering a more engaging display. It also highlights the aircraft’s signature element—the wing passage for engine maintenance.
- Nameplate with backlight: The nameplate features a built-in backlight using a 6500K white LED light strip, adding a refined glow that enhances the overall visual appeal of the frame.

Building Tips
- Ensure that a person is always present to closely monitor the machine throughout the laser engraving and cutting process. At the same time, make sure the workspace is well ventilated and consider using a high‑efficiency air purification system for optimal air quality.
- When using the 10w laser cutting module, the power limitation will result in slower processing speeds. The slower ablation process may cause edge carbonization, which is normal.
- Before assembly, please sand the cut edges with sandpaper to prevent carbonized powder from contaminating the model body.
- Please remove the protective film from the acrylic material before processing.
