Considering the unique nature of Holiday Mystery Box and fairness to all users, you may not refuse delivery or request a return and refund on the grounds that the received materials do not meet your expectations, regardless of whether it is a full or partial return.
(2) Opened/Used Materials: Generally, opened/used materials are not eligible for return or replacement, whether in whole or in part.
(3) Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Packaging and Delivery
This Holiday Mystery Box is a virtual product and does not come with an independent retail package，All materials in the Holiday Mystery Box are shipped in standard packaging or original packaging. No specific packaging style or presentation is guaranteed.
Materials will be randomly picked in the warehouse and shipped either together with other items in the same order or separately. Delivery schedules may vary between parcels.
5. No refund for personal preference
All Materials contained in the Holiday Mystery Boxes are supplied randomly, and specific variants, colors and styles are not be guaranteed.
Considering the unique nature of Holiday Mystery Box and fairness to all users, you may not refuse delivery or request a return and refund on the grounds that the received materials do not meet your expectations, regardless of whether it is a full or partial return.
Which is to say, we do not accept returns, replacement/exchanges, or color substitutions for:
