General Information
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and INNOADDI, Inc. (“Company”). Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms. Claims related to site use must be filed within one year. For questions, contact info@innoaddi.com. Email communications do not constitute legal notice.

Access and Use
By accessing or using www.innoaddi.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Continued use constitutes agreement to comply. Check this page periodically.

  • Your use of the site constitutes consent to our Privacy Policy.

  • Email and text communications may be monitored; text opt-out is available by texting "STOP." Message and data rates may apply.

Prohibited Uses
You may not: disrupt site operation, impersonate others, post harmful or illegal content, or infringe on others’ rights. Unauthorized activities include chain letters, spam, and offensive materials.

Product Availability
Inventory, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines may change without notice. Urgent orders should be confirmed via phone. Out-of-stock items may be offered options such as with alternatives, backorder options, store credit, or refund according to our policies. Preorder estimates are subject to change. Non-refundable platform processing fees may apply for cancellations.

Payments & Orders
All orders require payment including taxes. Payment information may be stored securely. Orders may be validated, rejected, or limited in quantity. Shipping is FOB Origin; buyers are responsible for shipping insurance. Refused packages incur return shipping costs.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, materials, and software are protected. Unauthorized commercial use requires written permission. Downloadable materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Liability & Disclaimer
The site and materials are provided "as is." We are not liable for damages from site use. You agree to indemnify INNOADDI against claims arising from site use.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Claims must be filed in Dover, Delaware.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Faulty or defective items are eligible for return or exchange. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Product-Specific Policies

3D printers and accessories follow the manufacturer’s return policies. Only new, unused, unopened, and unactivated kits may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories included. Original packaging is required; replacement packaging fees may apply. Returned items may be inspected prior to refund.

Return Process

Contact support to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if unavailable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if processing has not begun. Once processing starts, orders are final. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

Fees

Payment platform and credit card processing fees charged by third-party platforms are inccurred at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, even if not separately itemized on the receipt.

Shipping & Stock

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Claims for missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments must be reported within five (5) calendar days of delivery. InnoAddi reserves the right to review shipment records, package weights, carrier information, warehouse fulfillment records, and delivery confirmation before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

Customs & Clearance

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Clearance items are final sale. Refurbished machines carry a minimum six-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Statement

Products are warranted for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Covered:

  • Malfunctions due to quality or workmanship issues.

  • 3D printed parts and motors: 1-month warranty.

Exclusions:

  • No proof of purchase or forged documents.

  • Out-of-warranty products.

  • Damage from unauthorized modifications, installation errors, environmental disasters, or misuse.

  • Damage during transit without proper rejection or proof.

Repair of non-quality issues may require payment for replacement parts.

Purchase Order & Check Payment Policy

Eligibility
POs accepted from verified educational institutions, nonprofits, and approved organizations. Must be on official letterhead with valid PO number.

Processing & Payment

  • Orders processed after PO verification.

  • 50% deposit may be required.

  • Standard payment terms: Net 30. Late payments incur 5% monthly fees. Non-payment beyond 60 days may cancel future orders.

Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
POs cannot be canceled after processing begins. Orders will not ship until authenticity is verified.
