Return Policy
InnoAddi Return & Exchange Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased from InnoAddi come with a 30-day return policy. If an item is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted.
Returns for non-defective printers/machines, filament, and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All scanner purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return.
A printer or machine is considered defective only after evaluation by InnoAddi Technical Support or the product manufacturer.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Printers, Machines & Kits
Return policies may vary by manufacturer. Please inquire about the specific return policy for your model.

Kits: Only new and unopened kits may be returned within 30 days.

Opened kits cannot be returned.
We recommend keeping all original packaging for the entire warranty period, as some manufacturers require original packaging for repairs. Replacement packaging may incur additional fees.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same physical condition, with all parts and accessories included.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or use outside normal expectations are not eligible for return.
RMA Requirement
You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending an item back. Contact InnoAddi Support via email or phone.
If exchanging an item, the original product must be received before a replacement is shipped.
If you need a replacement immediately, you may purchase a new unit and receive reimbursement once the return is processed.
Processing typically requires 7–10 business days after the RMA is received.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, a store credit will be issued instead.
Orders canceled after shipment may be returned for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges.
If a package is lost during transit, InnoAddi will assist where possible, but the carrier holds responsibility for loss or delay.
International Orders
InnoAddi is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If a customer chooses to abandon a shipment rather than pay customs or return the items, no refund will be issued.
Custom Orders
Custom or special-order items not listed in our catalog are subject to a one-time $75 processing fee per order.
Clearance Items
All Clearance Item sales are final and not covered by the 30-day return policy.
Refurbished 3D printers and machines are excluded and include a minimum 6-month warranty.
