Thank you for choosing INNOADDI. Please review our full Shipping and Returns Policy below. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our small business, ensuring clarity and fairness throughout the purchasing process.

1. Order Processing Times

In-stock orders normally ship within 3-10 business days, excluding holidays. During peak seasons, product launches, supply chain issues, or restocks, processing times may be extended without notice.

Pre-ordered items will ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page.
All estimates are subject to change due to manufacturer or supply chain conditions.

Processing may be delayed by billing, address, or payment authorization issues.INNOADDI is not responsible for these delays.

2. Shipping Method

If your selected shipping method is not available in your area, your order will be upgraded or downgraded to the closest method in price, at our discretion.

3. Shipping Address Verification

For credit card orders shipping to an address different from the billing address, customers may be required to verify and authorize the alternate shipping address with their bank.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.

If an address needs to be updated, Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

Failure to complete this step may result in: Processing delays, Order cancellation, and Additional verification requests. This process protects our customers from fraudulent card usage.

4. Freight Forwarders

If your order is delivered to a freight forwarder, reshipper, or third-party carrier, please note: INNOADDI’s insurance coverage ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder. Any damage, loss, or missing contents after the package leaves the forwarder is not covered by INNOADDI.

5. Free Shipping

Free shipping (when offered):Applies only to the continental United States. Ships via UPS Ground or the closest available service. May not be available for all products or destinations

6. Tracking and Delivery

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed and delays are outside our control.

INNOADDI is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a carrier marks a package delivered, INNOADDI cannot issue a refund or replacement.

If your package is lost: Check with neighbors, building management, or the mailroom; Contact the carrier and open a claim; Contact us with your claim number—we will assist where possible, but are not liable for carrier errors.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged: Email info@innoaddi.com within 48 hours. Include: 

Order number

Photos of ALL packaging

Photos of the damage

Description of the issue

Missing the 48-hour window may void any claim.

9. INNOADDI Customer Satisfaction Program

If a printer you purchased from INNOADDI is not the right fit, you may exchange it for another model with no restocking fee.

To qualify:

The printer must be returned complete and in good condition

All accessories must be included

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Limit one swap per purchase

Printers in poor condition or missing accessories do not qualify.
