Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
General Return Policy
Except as otherwise noted, products purchased from InnoAddi are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items that are defective due to materials or workmanship may be returned or exchanged.
Defective status will be determined by InnoAddi, the manufacturer, or authorized technical support.
Returns for non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
We are happy to accept return requests for Bambu Lab products under the following conditions, provided the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt:
The product has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues.
The product has sustained substantial shipping damage, supported by carrier-issued damage documentation.
The product is unopened, unactivated, unused, and in new condition.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Returned products will be inspected before a refund is issued.
If no defect is found after testing, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
All shipped goods must be returned to our designated warehouse before refunds are processed.
Missing parts (accessories, cables, filaments, manuals, etc.) will result in deductions from the refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items, including issues caused by normal use (e.g., clogged hotends or extruders).
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Return service will not be provided if:
The return request is made after 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items are missing original accessories, packaging, or included components.
Products show damage due to misuse, modification, drops, incorrect voltage, water exposure, or other user error.
No defect is found after testing.
Proof of purchase is missing, altered, or suspected to be invalid.
Shipping damage was not reported within the required timeframe.
If a product is deemed non-refundable, customers may request it be shipped back at their own expense.
Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of return rights.
Replacement Policy
Replacement service is available within 30 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:
Substantial shipping damage (with carrier-issued proof).
Incorrect product received.
Critical failure or manufacturing defect.
Replacement warranties begin on the date the replacement product is received.
Returned products must include original packaging and all accessories.
Improper packaging may void the warranty or incur additional charges.
Required fees must be paid before replacement items are shipped.
Failure to return approved replacement items within 14 calendar days waives the right to replacement.
Advanced Replacement Service
Advanced Replacement allows customers to receive a replacement before returning the original unit, subject to:
A temporary deposit equal to the product’s selling price.
The original item must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the replacement.
Deposits are refunded upon receipt of the original product; failure to return the product results in deposit forfeiture.
Additional Conditions
Returns must be in the same physical condition as received, including all accessories and documentation.
Original packaging is required; replacement packaging fees may apply.
Kits must be new, unused, and unopened to be eligible for return.
Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
Refurbished machines include a minimum six-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
RMA & Processing
A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.

Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days after receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit if unavailable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Claims for shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided processing has not begun.
Once processing starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Approved cancellations are subject to non-refundable processing and payment platform fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused or returned shipments are refunded minus shipping and processing fees.
If InnoAddi cancels an order due to internal error, a full refund will be issued.
Additional Terms
Product availability and pricing may change due to demand and supply conditions.
If an item becomes unavailable, customers may choose to wait, substitute, or receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Abandoned shipments are non-refundable.
Custom orders, special items, and replacement parts may be subject to processing fees.
Warranty Information
3D-printed parts and motors carry a one-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, environmental exposure, or force majeure events.
Purchase Orders (POs)
Accepted from verified schools, nonprofits, and approved organizations.
POs must be issued on official letterhead with a valid PO number.
A 50% deposit may be required based on the order total amount.
Standard terms: Net 30.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.
Non-payment beyond 60 days may result in cancellation and restricted future orders.
