Overview
The Bambu Lab H2D TPU High-Flow Kit is designed to improve TPU printing performance on the H2D and H2D Pro. By reducing extrusion resistance and extending the melting zone, this kit enables faster and more stable flexible-filament printing, especially for Bambu TPU materials.
This kit includes both 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm TPU High-Flow hotends along with the required installation components, making it a practical upgrade for users who want stronger TPU workflow performance without extensive manual tuning.
Reliable High-Speed TPU Printing
The specially designed hotend reduces extrusion resistance and extends the melting zone, enabling faster and more stable TPU printing. When printing 90A TPU, it delivers up to 100% higher flow rate and cuts print time by around 30% for typical applications such as footwear.

Important Notice Before Purchase
This product has strict usage limits, and these need to be clearly stated to reduce wrong purchases and support issues.
- Only supported on H2D and H2D Pro
- Not compatible with other models
- The TPU hotend can only be installed on the right nozzle
- Installing it on the left nozzle is not supported and can interfere with the nozzle lifting mechanism
- After installation, filament cutter installation is not supported
- As a result, the right nozzle does not support automatic filament changing or automatic filament feeding and retracting
- Only flexible filaments are allowed
- Printing hard filaments such as PLA, PETG, or TPU for AMS is prohibited and may damage the coating

1. What printers is this kit compatible with?
This kit is compatible with H2D and H2D Pro only.
2. Can this hotend be installed on either nozzle?
No. The TPU hotend can only be installed on the right nozzle.
3. Can I print PLA or PETG with this TPU hotend?
No. This hotend is for flexible filaments only. Printing hard filaments such as PLA or PETG is prohibited and may damage the coating.
4. Does the filament cutter still work after installation?
No. After installing the TPU hotend, filament cutter installation is not supported, and certain automatic filament handling functions on the right nozzle are not available.
5. What comes in the box?
The kit includes 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm TPU High-Flow hotends, plus the required covers, guide, and screws for installation.
